Editorial Standards & Disclaimer
Who writes what you read here, where the facts come from, how mistakes are corrected — and, plainly, what this publication is not. QBH publishes analysis and journalism. It does not provide financial advice.

1. Not Financial Advice
Quantum Bridge Holdings, LLC is not a financial professional. We are not a registered investment adviser, a broker-dealer, a certified financial planner, an accountant, or a law firm, and we are not registered with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, FINRA, or any state securities regulator.
Nothing published on this website is investment, financial, tax, accounting, or legal advice, and nothing here is a recommendation, offer, or solicitation to buy or sell any security or other instrument. We do not know your circumstances, your obligations, or your tolerance for loss, and nothing written for a general audience can account for them.
Our articles are journalism and general market commentary, published for information and education. Markets carry risk, including the loss of principal. Past performance does not indicate future results. Before acting on anything you read here, consult a licensed professional who is accountable to you.
2. Who Writes This
Articles are researched, written, and edited by QBH Publications, the publishing arm of Quantum Bridge Holdings, LLC. Work published under that name is the responsibility of the company rather than of an individual contributor, and QBH stands behind it as publisher.
Newer articles carry a byline, and those bylines are pen names; earlier pieces are signed by the company itself. Articles are published under a working name rather than a legal one, which is a long-standing practice in trade and financial publishing, and each piece carries one. What does not change is where responsibility sits: every piece is the work of QBH Publications, the company is the author of record in each page’s metadata, and QBH stands behind what it publishes. A pen name identifies the desk that produced a piece; it is not a claim about anyone’s credentials.
We say this plainly because the alternative would be to imply an authority we do not hold. What you are reading is independent analysis assembled from public records and primary reporting by a publisher — not the opinion of a credentialed adviser, whatever name sits at the top of the page.
3. How We Research
We work from primary sources wherever one exists: the text of a statute or rule, an agency’s own release, a company filing, a court opinion, a published schedule or dataset. Where a figure comes from a secondary account, we say so.
We try to distinguish clearly between what is established, what is reported, and what is our reading of it. Where something is contested or unresolved, our aim is to say that rather than to smooth it over, and where we cannot confirm a point we prefer to publish the gap rather than fill it with a guess.
4. Sources and Citation
Articles link to the sources they rely on so a reader can check the original rather than take our word for it. Where a primary document is public, we link the document itself in preference to coverage of it.
Dates on our articles reflect when the piece was published and, where it has been revised, when it was last updated. Analysis written about a moment in the market is a record of that moment; we do not quietly rewrite old pieces to match what happened afterwards.
5. Corrections
We correct errors of fact when we find them or when a reader reports one. Email qbh@quantumbridgeholdings.com with the subject “Correction”, and please include the article and the specific passage.
A substantive correction — one that changes the meaning of a piece rather than a typo or a broken link — is noted on the article along with the date it was made, so the record shows what changed. We do not delete an article to resolve a complaint about its accuracy; we correct it, or we explain why we believe it stands.
6. Use of AI Tools
We use software, including AI tools, to assist with research, drafting, data handling, and site maintenance. Every article published here is reviewed by a person before it is posted, and QBH is responsible for its accuracy regardless of which tools were used to prepare it.
We do not publish machine-generated articles without review, and we do not generate pages for the purpose of ranking in search rather than informing a reader.
7. Independence and Advertising
This site carries third-party advertising, and the ads a visitor sees are selected by the ad network rather than by us. Advertisers have no involvement in, or advance sight of, what we publish, and no advertiser has editorial input.
Quantum Bridge Holdings, LLC operates businesses across technology, publishing, investments, and real estate. Where an article touches on a company, sector, or asset in which QBH or its principals hold an interest, we disclose that in the article. Our editorial and commercial activities are kept separate, and coverage is not offered, withheld, or altered in exchange for payment.
